Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team in optimizing website content and improving search engine rankings.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Support the IT department with software testing, bug reporting, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and blog posts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Certificate program in IT, Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web development concepts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
