Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and development teams in software testing, debugging, and code review processes.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic business decisions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including API guides and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Attend regular team meetings, project briefings, and training sessions to stay updated on company goals.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong understanding of basic computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in technology, business operations, or marketing is highly preferred.
