- Support the recruitment team with market research, salary benchmarking, and data analysis.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate packets, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
