Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Assist the management team with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and inventory counts.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain visual standards by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and appealing.
- Inventory Management: Support weekly inventory audits and help track stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations during weekend shifts.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for potential safety hazards or security risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
