Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing local SEO strategies and content campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with the local community in Miami.
- Perform data entry and analyze weekly performance reports.
- Support customer service inquiries during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct market research on local competitors.
- Assist in organizing and hosting local community events.
- Update company databases and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
