Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with data entry, CRM updates, and database management.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze local competitor activities.
- Support weekend social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and presentation materials for the management team.
- Engage with clients and prospects via email and phone during business hours.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical records.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and support for local weekend events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
