Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support during designated weekend shifts.
- Assist the marketing department with data entry, research, and content organization.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update client databases in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly team stand-ups and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
- Support the execution of weekend promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
