Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the IT department with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for office operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize digital databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Project Assistance: Support project managers in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights on industry trends to help guide strategic decisions.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and update project statuses.
- Content Creation: Help draft and edit marketing materials, blog posts, and social media content under supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Suggested majors: Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications).
- Availability: Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend shifts if needed.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
