Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and web platforms.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support technical decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in agile development meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for internal processes, APIs, and technical manuals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues reported by users.
- Support the marketing team in SEO and content creation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and software development lifecycle.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
