Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making and strategy development.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports to department supervisors and team members.
- Manage internal communications and coordinate schedules for team meetings and client calls.
- Support the marketing department with content creation, social media management, and SEO tasks.
- Participate in client outreach initiatives and assist with onboarding new stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for the internship program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation and strict adherence to punctuality.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
