Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily content creation and social media scheduling.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO campaigns.
- Update and maintain the company CRM database with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with senior staff on weekly project reports and performance reviews.
- Monitor website analytics and help implement basic SEO best practices.
- Support customer service initiatives by responding to emails and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in a High School, College, or University program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media is a plus but not required.
