Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with data analysis and social media content creation.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with senior staff on daily operations and project tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM database and assist with administrative duties.
- Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, preferably on-site in Chicago.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and work in a team-oriented environment.
