Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with technical support, troubleshooting, and hardware setup for employees.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records and databases using CRM software.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and market trends to support project planning.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new initiatives.
- Help manage social media channels and create engaging content for our online presence.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within the specified timeframes.
- Document processes and create training materials for junior staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program (High school diploma/GED accepted for some roles).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
