Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Team: Support daily operations and administrative tasks within the technology department.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of technical documentation and project logs.
- Skill Development: Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices and technical standards.
- Client Support: Provide basic technical support and guidance to internal team members.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research and preparing presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive company initiatives forward.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, bachelor, or vocational program.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Reliability: A reliable work ethic and punctual attendance record.
