Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis reports.
- Maintain and update internal databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Support the execution of daily operations and project milestones.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare weekly status updates for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of web technologies or business operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
