Responsibilities
- Assist the Data Management Team: Support daily operations by inputting, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in our CRM systems.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze industry trends to assist the marketing department in developing effective strategies.
- Prepare Weekly Reports: Compile statistics and performance metrics into clear, concise reports for senior management review.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming inquiries professionally via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Project Support: Contribute to various internal projects, including website updates and social media content creation.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred) or a recent graduate (within 6 months).
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024 and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
