Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients.
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security protocols are followed.
- Update technical documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Conduct basic network testing and assist in the deployment of new software updates.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external clients via phone and email.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
