Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with engineering teams
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal stakeholders
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Conduct network diagnostics and performance analysis
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript programming languages
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization
