Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance across 50+ devices
- Assist with software deployment and troubleshooting using PowerShell scripting
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for team reference
- Participate in weekly security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Shadow senior engineers on system upgrades and cloud migrations
- Respond to help desk tickets under supervision (avg. 15-20 daily)
- Contribute to automation projects using Python or JavaScript
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (transcript required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during academic semesters
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
