Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist in software development lifecycle and QA testing
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Provide tier-1 helpdesk support to internal teams
- Contribute to automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
