Responsibilities
- Assist with network monitoring, maintenance, and security protocols
- Support hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system documentation
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects including software testing and data analysis
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for internal employees
- Learn and implement cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) under supervision
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
