Responsibilities
- Support network administration and system monitoring across 50+ client environments
- Assist in developing automation scripts for infrastructure management
- Participate in cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure technologies
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with senior engineers
- Present weekly progress updates to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Experience with Python or scripting languages preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the US and available for 20+ hours/week
