Responsibilities
- Support network administration and system monitoring across 500+ endpoints
- Assist with cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability assessments
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) under supervision
- Document IT procedures and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on digital transformation projects using DevOps tools
- Provide tier-1 help desk support to 200+ employees
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Relevant coursework or personal projects (GitHub portfolio a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
