Responsibilities
- Deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Document technical processes using Confluence and Visio
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols (firewall, VPN, MFA)
- Support internal hardware/software deployment and upgrades
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create automation scripts using Python or PowerShell
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Experience with version control (Git) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for 20+ hours/week during internship period
