Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Assist with hardware/software deployment and troubleshooting
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in cross-departmental technology improvement projects
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during internship period
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
