Responsibilities
- Support network administration and system monitoring tasks
- Assist with cybersecurity incident response and documentation
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure deployments and maintenance
- Develop automation scripts for IT workflows
- Participate in hardware/software lifecycle management
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers on complex projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during internship period
