Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure on AWS platforms
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Develop and maintain internal documentation for IT systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Participate in agile development cycles for internal tools and applications
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct user training sessions for new IT implementations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript programming languages
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
