Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate on cloud deployment projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in agile development sprints
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Shadow senior engineers during client consultations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Familiarity with SQL databases and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
