Responsibilities
- Deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Troubleshoot network security incidents using SIEM tools
- Assist in developing automation scripts for IT operations
- Document system configurations and maintenance procedures
- Support end-user hardware/software troubleshooting
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python or scripting languages
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic term
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
