Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance procedures
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-ups
- Conduct system security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Shadow senior engineers on client deployment projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Linux command line
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
