Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications using Python and Java
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate on data analysis projects using SQL and Excel
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in Agile development cycles and team stand-ups
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal stakeholders
- Research emerging technologies and present innovation proposals
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program (Sophomore/Junior preferred)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with database concepts (SQL) and web technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20 hours/week during academic semesters
- Valid driver's license (occasional off-site visits required)
- Must receive college credit approval from your institution
