Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response protocols
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base resources

- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Train staff on new software implementations
- Support data management and system optimization projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (IT/CS/Cybersecurity preferred)
- Eligible to receive academic credit for internship completion
- Basic proficiency in Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
