Responsibilities
- Assist in network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support system upgrades and security patch deployments
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support to internal teams
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Conduct hardware/software installations and configurations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
