Responsibilities
- Assist in network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support desktop hardware/software deployment and maintenance
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
