Responsibilities
- Assist with network administration and system monitoring using industry-standard tools
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability assessments
- Support cloud migration projects on AWS/Azure platforms
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues under mentor guidance
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during academic term
