Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week.
