Responsibilities
- Support enterprise network infrastructure and cloud systems monitoring
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate on software testing cycles and documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across 500+ devices
- Participate in agile development sprints as a QA specialist
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers on system upgrade projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT-related program
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows administration
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript scripting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during academic terms
- Passion for emerging technologies (AI/Cloud/IoT)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
