Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation and maintenance across 100+ workstations
- Support daily IT operations including helpdesk tickets and user account management
- Document network infrastructure and create technical procedure manuals
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and system vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery drills
- Present weekly progress reports to IT department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent coursework)
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license
