Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing our careers page and job postings for search engines to increase local visibility in Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
- Talent Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and local community boards to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens, answer candidate inquiries, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Social Media Management: Curate engaging content for our social channels to promote our employer brand and company culture.
- Recruitment Data: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly recruitment reports.
- Local Outreach: Participate in local university career fairs and networking events to build our talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Junior or Senior preferred) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or SEO principles is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during the academic year.
- Local Focus: Must reside in the Fort Worth, TX area or be willing to commute.
