Responsibilities
- Execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Sprout Social
- Assist in A/B testing ad creatives and targeting strategies
- Create weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate on SEO content optimization initiatives
- Support email marketing automation workflows
- Participate in cross-departmental strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing projects (preferred but not required)
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall 2023
