Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media graphics, and email newsletters
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for client accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand strategy initiatives
- Support SEO optimization efforts including keyword research and on-page improvements
- Help manage client communications and project timelines
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Local Charlotte residency preferred (no relocation assistance)
