As an intern, you'll receive mentorship from industry professionals, participate in weekly training sessions, and attend exclusive networking events with El Paso's business community. Our program is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application, preparing you for full-time roles upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for local clients
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Support client communication and account management tasks
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with the creative team on promotional materials and event support
- Attend industry workshops and contribute to team brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with initiative to learn new marketing tools and techniques
- Local El Paso student with transportation to our Westside office
- Available to work 20-25 hours per week during summer term (May-August)
