Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts and performance metrics during off-hours.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and verification tasks with high accuracy.
- Provide customer support via phone and email to night-time clients.
- Prepare and compile daily reports summarizing key operational data.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
- Mandatory availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
