Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems during overnight hours

- Participate in daily standup meetings and sprint reviews
- Support incident response and troubleshooting during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Availability to commit to 3-4 night shifts per week
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
