Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server performance overnight.
- Assist in data entry and verification tasks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document overnight findings and anomalies.
- Perform routine software updates and security patching on assigned systems.
- Respond to emergency support tickets within agreed SLA guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new software releases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, or web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
