Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with real-time troubleshooting
- Document security incidents and system vulnerabilities using ITSM protocols
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and patch deployments
- Perform proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Assist in disaster recovery simulations and incident response drills
- Develop automation scripts for routine maintenance tasks
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux command line environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
