Are you looking for a Paid Internship in Indianapolis? We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our technical operations team for our Summer/Fall 2024 intake. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry experience while enjoying the stability of a night shift schedule.
At Apex Data Systems, we pride ourselves on 24/7 operational excellence. As an intern, you will work directly with our technical leads to ensure system integrity and support critical data workflows during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time data streams and system alerts to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Assist the night operations team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Document technical processes and create nightly operational logs for compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight technical support tickets.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming data entries and system updates.
- Participate in nightly team stand-ups and skill development workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Operations.
- Strong interest in technical support, data analysis, and system maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night hours.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote connectivity tools.
- Must be available to start between June and August 2024.
