Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and network traffic during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues reported by internal teams.
- Document technical tickets and maintain accurate logs in our CRM system.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and patches during low-traffic windows.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test new features and identify potential bugs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide technical support to remote employees via chat and email during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and web browsers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during the night shift.
- Reliable transportation (required for occasional on-site meetings).
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 5 days a week.
