Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and uptime to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Respond to incoming technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal clients.
- Document technical resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transfer critical information and ongoing issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks during off-peak hours.
- Assist in testing new software patches and updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
