As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards and ensuring client data integrity during off-peak hours. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry and verification tasks with 99.9% accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries via chat and email.
- Perform quality assurance checks on processed datasets and generate performance reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify and document recurring issues to help improve our operational processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Any major accepted, Business/IT preferred).
- Must be available to work 3-5 nights per week (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
